I no longer have a 357 Mag but still have hundreds of handloads. How would you get rid of them? Using an inertia puller is not an option.

1. Give them away. Someone else can use the bullet puller. You cannot legally sell them unless you have an FFL for manufacturing ammo. 2. Sell them as "for components only". I've seen people doing that at gun shows and on Gunbroker. They say for disassembly for components only. However, it might be construed as a way to sell ammo you manufactured. I would not recommend doing this. 3. Destroy it. Put it in a metal bucket, add kindling, douse with fuel and burn. The rounds will harmlessly burst open, consuming powder and primers in the process. Stand at least 15 yards away just to make sure you don't get a hot piece of something hitting you. .

Put them away. Someday you'll have another .357 and will kick yourself for getting rid of the ammunition you could have used in it.

Use them as an excuse to acquire something to shoot them in. ************* Real conservatives aren't radicalized. Thus "radicalized conservative" is an oxymoron. Yet there are many radicalized republicans. "When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross." - Sinclair Lewis Per my far-right friend: "reality sucks" D.J. First post I see; welcome to the forum. I am not the official welcoming committee, however. Yes, do one of the above, preferably buy another revolver. Do not throw they away though and definitely do NOT try to burn it. No reason to ever do that. If you wanted to sell them to another AR member, you need to know that you can easily ship them via UPS, simply by writing ORM-D on the box. You can't mail them on US mail. Nor can you send them to Alaska. Ground only.

For decades I was my 500 man departments official ammunition's disposer. I was given ammo to dispose of "properly" I shot it up. Hard to believe you can not find someone to give it to. What state are you in if you are in one of the nasty states it could be harder. If you live in one of the free states it is very easy. Again tell us where you live we have members all over that can help you with this problem.

Somewhat of a over reation, and probably depends on which state you live it..small arms ammo can be shipped anywhere in the USA with a ORD tag on the package..Handloads can be shipped just like factory ammo. Ourlocal gun shows sell handloaded and factory ammo and components across the tables legally. Firearms can be sold from individual to individual if both parties are residence.. It might take 20 years but eventually you'll regret dumping "unnecessary" ammo! Only way I would sell handloads is to pull the bullets and sell the primed cases/bullets/powder as a package. Not only is it legal but removes you from liability when you get a letter from the purchasers brother in law lawyer claiming your reloads damaged his rifle or such. for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside

Yeah; I learned my lesson several years ago about loading for people I didn't really know. Never again! Never mistake motion for action.
