If you have Microsoft Word, it'd be very easy to do your own. All you do is go to Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Letters. From there you can choose a template for any size label you'd like to use. I just made a template (in Word) to see what it would look like and can e-mail it to you if you'd like. Hope this helps.
