I'm reloading a 6mm Rem in a 700 BDL. I've never had a problem before but now I can only load the brass twice. After that I can't close the bolt even after FL resizing it. Do I have a bad lot of brass ? My load has not changed 45.3 of IMR 4831 with 100gr.bullets. The old brass was Win. Now I'm using Rem.

It sounds like the brass needs trimming, and/or your die needs adjustment.

Rob - Not the brass.

As George stated - Gotta be the dies. Break out the micrometer and start measuring your fired brass VS new brass. Check shoulder, OAL, etc, etc, etc. You should find the problem quickly. If you don't already have one, get a Stoney Point ALO Gage ASAP.

Is it possible that the necks are too thick?

While you have the calipers out measure the diameter of a round loaded in a Winchester case versus one loaded in a Remington case.

Does your sizing die bump the shell holder?
If it doesn't set it so it touches the shell holder and then give it another 1/8 turn and try another shell. Over and above that advice (which is real basic) I wouldn't be able to venture another guess.

The cases are trimmed and the die is touching the shell holder. These cases are empty just resized. No bullet or primer

Take one case that has been re-sized and will not chamber - remove the expander ball and re-size again. Now see if it will chamber. If it will the problem is neck thickness. If it won't the problem is at the shoulder or case length.

Got it. I readjusted the die and did as Mike suggested. I guess I got a little careless when I put the die in and the shoulder was to far forward. Thanks to all
