Purchased 1000 new WW 220 Swift brass cases. Worked up my load using five total cases. Then started to reload for an upcoming prairie dog hunt.

Find most of this new brass will not slide into a shellholder. Have tried two RCBS, two Hornady, and three different Dillon shellholders. Two pieces out of the same plastic bag -- one goes in easy, the other cannot be forced in.

Any ideas ?

Take mesurements of the rim dia., it should be .469" to .473" at the largest dia. Also check the thickness of the rim. The rim thickness is .046" in my book. You may have bad brass.??
