Anyone have experience using the RCBS reforming set designed specifically for going to 32-40 from 38-55 brass.

I've read much about just using a 32-40 resizing die and the problems sometimes encountered, too much lube, not the correct lube etc.

Thanks in advance

Bob 32-40 cases can be formed from 30-30 or 32 special cases with a FL 32-40 size die.38-55 can be sized down as well but you are working the brass a lot more. 30-30 is by far the easiest brass to obtain so that is the way I would go.

Hard to get 32-40 and 38-55 these days, use 30-30 brass and sell the rare stuff and buy twice as much 30-30, thats a plan!! I think!! rotflmo
