Shooters Pro Shop is a super good deal. You just have to keep watching it until they have the bullet on sale that you want. Those blems shoot great!!

That makes the partition about the same price as normal hornady and sierra. Kinda hard to have an excuse not to use a premium.

Kraky,
I agree....that is assuming you consider particians a premium bullet.

Thanks for the heads up kraky, I just ordered some.

That is also a smoking price on the 150 grain ballistic tips. I load those for use in my AR-10 and scout rifle. I may have to get a 1,000 or so.

I have to agree with you Vapo; every time I have dug a Partition out of a dead animal the front end is missing.....what's with that any way??? bewildered

OK---the back 60% is a premium....the front is a conventional......but darn they still work.....they work well.....and they work in a wide velocity window.

I consider the partition as a premium bullet. Heck I continue to switch back and forth between the partition and TSX. For alot of game, you really can't beat a partition in my opinion.

I've bought a boatload of Nosler Partition 2nds in 270 and 30 cal in the past couple of years. I think I have enough of the 270 2nds to shoot out a couple of barrels.
