I have a Lee die...One single die in one of those red see through round plastic containers made to hold only one die..it is marked Lee-410-F6
Any ideas what its for...it looks like a seating die but I don't think the top is adjustable...I have no idea ( pretty much me in a nutshell ) where it came from...

It is a cast bullet sizing die, sizes to .410" the flanged rod pushes lubed bullets up through the die. F6 is the date of manufacture code - the die was made in June 2006.

Warm it up with a hair dryer or a heat gun. Surprising how much strength a layer of congealed bullet lube has.

I have heaters for my lubrisizers, run them at around 110 degrees for good lube flow.

I've never used one of these dies but presume the flange fits in a press ram in place of a shell holder?
Pour boiling water over the die, that will melt any lube inside the die. That is how I clean out my Lyman lube/sizer when changing lubes. Boiling water gets into all the nooks and cranies and leaves the lube/sizer perfectly clean and dry.

push through size die.
the stem goes in like a shell holder and the die screws in.

Just run the die into a press and tap the plunger out with a brass rod. It should come out pretty easy. Then you can clean it up.
I use a few of them, they are pretty slick with the red plastic case on top to catch the bullets. Sizes and installs gas checks in one push through.

I'll have to try the trick with the plastic case on top.
