The Remington .45 AutoRim brass I use in my S&W 625 caused it to bind when the cylinder rotated because the primers weren't flush. Compared to .45ACP brass the primer pockets were .001" to .002" shallow so I bought a large pistol primer pocket cutter from Sinclair and chucked in the drill press. Sure enough it cut metal and now the primers seat correctly, and the cylinder no longer binds.
