Yes. Give customer service a call. They are very helpful and friendly. I've never had any problem with them repairing or replacing anything that needed to be fixed.

Years ago I had a 6.5 x 300wby built and could never get my RCBS dies to work when I tried to reload sized and once fired cases. I ordered a set of Reddings and never had any more problems.
Last week I talked to a tech at RCBS that gave me excellent info to get my electric scale working. He told me to call him back if I needed any further help. I suggest a phone call b/4 you send the dies back

4 years ago I sent back a set of dies for assessment to RCBS and I got a note back with the dies indicating what the assessment was.
I was happy with the note and explanation at the time.
I rang before I mailed them from Australia.
RCBS appears good to deal with.
The only problem for them was my accent.

Regards,
Bob.

In an effort to reduce bullet runout, I contacted RCBS and asked them if they could ream the neck on a very old full length sizing die to size my neck turned cases without needing/using the expander plug. I explained that this was not due to any defect in their die and offered to pay any charges.

They had me send in the die and three fired cases; a couple of weeks later received the die at no charge.

You can't beat RCBS customer service.

Regards,
hm

Almost all of my reloading gear is from RCBS because they stand behind teir products and take care of their customers. I scratched the inside of a sizing die and asked for them to buff it for a fee. The replaced it at no charge even though it was my fault it got scratched. They earned a customer for life that day.
