I've read about some boutique venders that would sell you ammo with your name stamped on it so there has to be a source somewhere.

I would check with Quality Cartridge.

Z-hat sells a VERY expensive 06 cylinder $1.70/each when you buy 100. But the last I bought from them had 35Whelen headstamp.

Wayne (bitterroot here on AR) at American Hunting Rifles sells an 06 cylinder it is over 2.65" the headstamp says Howell Basic. $95/100

I use the Howell basic on both my 380PDK & 400PDK.

As usual just my $.02

I was once told that stamping the headstamp was actually needed to give a "hardness" to that part of the case as it work hardened it.

Might be total BS of course!

Try Huntington's they might have what you need, they used to have 30-06 basic brass that was cylindrical with no neck or shoulder, they may also have this as well.
