Have one of the simple double ended inside soutside RCBS deburring tools. Just wondering if there is a good way to sharpen the cutting surfaces? Yes, I realize a new one would sharpen them but trying to see if anyone has good real work experience they would share. I sharpened one once, worked fine. Chucked it in a 9" South Bend metal lathe and sharpened it with a small tool post grinder. | |||

If you have the right sized stone or drum sander in a dremel tool you can do a fine job on it.....either sharpen the lands or flutes or both....go easy as they are case hardened and much more than .010 of grinding may be self defeating. Best way is with a hand hone if you have one of the right size! /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."
