My bullets Hornady bullets arrived today and I'm wondering if anyone has the Hornady load manual. I'm loading for a .223 Remington with IMR 4198 using a 50 grain V-max. Seafire suggested 21.5 grains which I won't argue with, but I was curious if anyone had the specific load info for these bullets.

you don't need the Hornady manual for loading their V-Max bullets. The data can be easily found at IMR, Alliant, and Hodgdon's on the net.

This is true for just about standard cup and core bullets.

I checked IMR's site but they don't show info on this specific bullet. I was just curious if anyone had Hornady's info on this load.

you can use IMR's data for any 50 grain bullet of the right diameter.

I'll find Hornady's book and post it in a minute
