I load for a Rem 722 in .222 and a Savage 112 in 22-250. Both are standard barrels (22-250 SS Bull). I have the .222 cloverleafing @100 yrds, but not yet satisfied with my 22-250. Currently using 52 gr MK in both. I was htinking of going to a heavier bullet for it, but wondered if going above 50-55 grain would help/hurt/no change with factory twist rate? (1-12"?)

Love this place, you guys have lots of info, and I feel right at home around all these gun nuts!!

Try 50gr Nosler B-tip a federal match primer and Varget. Varget is one of those powders ment for the 22-250. It seems to always work
