Was looking at the Handloader for this month at Wally World tonight... it ain;t worth $6.00 to purchase, but I do enjoy reading a few articles on Walmart's Dime... they had a good article, with a general overview that was worth while reading by John Haviland on the subject... it pointed out that Remington's Manage Recoil line is selling well evidently and has expanded to include several more calibers... Life Member: The American Vast Right Wing Conspiracy Jan 20, 2009.. Prisoner in Dumocrat 'Occupied America', Partisan in the 'Save America' Underground Beavis..... James Beavis..... Of Her Majesty's Secret Service..... Spell Check Division "Posterity — you will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it." John Quincy Adams A reporter did a human-interest piece on the Texas Rangers. The reporter recognized the Colt Model 1911 the Ranger was carrying and asked him "Why do you carry a 45?" The Ranger responded, "Because they don't make a 46." Duhboy....Nuttier than Squirrel Poop...

I subscribed for years, and have the stack of old magazines. They can be sold at guns shows, but there is nothing in them. Take all the articles ever printed in that rag and weigh them against all the hanloading posts by Seafire at AR, and the posts win.

I spent some time running their numbers against quickload just for fun. I was looking at case capacity and pressures. Some of their results were a close match in QL and a few weren't. BUT, I guess what perplexed me was they never said what loads they used filler with and what ones they didn't. There were alot of loads that were loaded down to 60-65% case capacity. I had to wonder if a few of them could have been a bit dangereous had the gun been pointed down before shooting and alot of powder wasn't near the primer. It struck me as being a bit reckless as they just seemed to randomly pick a powder and load it to their liking...well below max and most likely below any known published min loads.
