I found on the Internet that ICI is an old school powder company, one of the first smokeless powders. It is a british company run by Kynoch. [URL=www.kynochammuntions.co.uk/] It looks like they make Big to Dangerous Game Ammunition. It looks like they dabble in military rounds as well

Smells like a good opportunity to load up several in varying loads and escape to the range for the day...

It's a medium-fast burning single base powder. Comparable to IMR3031,from the load data and comparative burning rates I have. Also sold as Nobels Rifle Powder No. 2.

Best suited to cartridges in the .222Rem - .30-06 range.

I have data for quite a few calibres, in one of my older loading manuals. PM me some calibres and bullet weights, and I'll look them up.

Cheers,
Doug
