It's actually H-4198 powder.....mislabeled.

I see there's also a recall on "lil gun" a powder used in the .410 shotgun and some handgun loads.....

It seems to me that Hodgdon has way too many recalls and that someone there needs to rethink their processes.

The Lil' Gun recall is probably a year or so old...

Hodgdon probably sells more powder than everyone else put together in the US, especially since they bought IMR.

At least if loaded it will cause low presures ,while it may lodge a bullet in a barrel.
It will not have the results that miss labeled HP-38 in a 4227 jug could cause.
