Nosler manuel states col of 2.71, IMR 4350 37.5 - 41.5. 41.5 as most accurate, but of course start small and work up.

I have been using the 95g Partition for several years now because my vintage Rem 700 just dosn't seem to care for the 100g counter part. I have had excellent results with 44g of AA-3100. It is a most excellent deer load and I highly recomend it

Thanks for the help on the loads, I went out yesterday and loaded up some 95gr Nosler Partitions and 40gr of IMR 4350, went out to the gravel pit and shot under 1inch groups at 100 yards, I think I'll leave'r there. Again Thanks!

I may be a little late, as it seems you have found a good load, the same one I used.
Actually I have loaded for 2 different 243's a Ruger No1 and a Remington Model 7.
I used 2 different bullets in both of them, either a Sierra 100gr Sptizer or the 95 Grain Nosler Partition. In either rifle it did not make any difference if I loaded 40,41,or 42 grains of IMR 4350, all combinations shot good. I had the No1 first and did quite a bit of load development with it until I found the 4350 load.
When I got the Mod 7 for my wife it shot good with 4350 from the start, never tried any other load in it.
These loads killed deer and antelope out to 350 yards as good as any 7mm or 300 mag.
My wife always used the 243 while the rest of us BIG boys used the magnums.
The whole time she used the 243 I do not think she ever had to shoot an animal more than once except for a one deer.
She used a 308 now, as I feel it is better for wild pigs and black bear.
