RCBS, CH4 & redding are all brands I am happy with. I use RCBS .416 Rigby dies and am happy with them, will the Dillon 550b progressive be able to load .416 Rigby ??

Get the reddings. The new RCBS dies have a smaller (smaller than the older RCBS dies) stem in the sizing die and I have already broken 2 of them in my 416 Rigby dies. On the positive note, RCBS has been johnny on the spot and replaced the stems real quick, no questions asked. I haven't had any problems since I trashed the Bell brass and started loading Norma brass. RCBS are good dies but Reddings are better. You get what you pay for.
