A while back I started working up a load for my 300 Win Mag.I used 165gr Barnes TSX with RE-22. Got nice results with 74.5 gr(max is75gr according to Barnes data) All well and good until summer rolled around, I got a sticky bolt during warm weather. Backed off to 71.5 gr. Got decent groups, killed a decent 5x5 on my first elk hunt. Alliant has now brought out RE-23 which they claim is temp stable, problem is neither Alliant nor Barnes have any data for that bullet with the new powder, any idea for a starting load when no data is available?

Here's some data to get started with, not the same bullet, but it is something to get going. Data Graybird "Make no mistake, it's not revenge he's after ... it's the reckoning."
