Low velocity 7.62x39 loads

I'm looking for some ideas on low velocity loads for my CZ527 in 7.62x39. I have some great results with high velocity loads, both 125gr and 150gr and AA1680. My interest now is a load for 100gr. bullets at 1200 to 1800 fps, (32-20 velocity).
