Barnes used to make 180-190gr bullets for the 7MM- it might not hurt to try them to see if they have any data. There are some conputer programs that will help calculate a load for you.

Try Steve's pages he has plenty of 195 loads.

Not sure which version you are using, but he has quite a few listed.

Are these Round nose or Spirepoints?
What are you going to be shooting them in?
If it is a 9 1/4 twist I serious doubt they are going to stablize.

Spitzer small open tip
700 BDL 7mm rem. Mag. just thought they would be good for elk and bear, I got them gave to me from a 30 06 shooter. This guy swears you must use a 30cal or 180grn 0r more bullet to kill elk, moose, and bear.
(I know this is not true but to save an argument I took them) and thought heck I have them use them. I was wondering about tumbling they are long.

You might get lucky give them a try. Let us know if they work for you. But my Remington shoots 160-62 the best of anything in the larger 7MM bullets and they have collected their share of Elk.

Barnes makes (made??) a 7mm, 195-grainer in the Original line. Both Barnes manuals I have contain loading data for these bullets.......
