I know this has probably been posted before, but was is the absolute difference between .223 Rem and 5.56? Iv heard this n that from everyone and their uncle but i wanna know the real truth. Is it case OAL or wall thickness? Let me know

From what I know(not much)the 5.56 is loaded to higher pressures than 223.There might be some small difference in case also,but I have shot both in a 223 howa and a 788rem with no problems.
