anybody use one of these yet? www.quick-measure.com they say its very accurate and doesn't cut stick powders. plus you are supposed to be able to charge 100 rds in less than 4 minutes (no me - i can't even more that fast anymore)

Maybe you need to refer that thing to RC, aka Speed King. Aim for the exit hole

I`ve had one for ~ 5-6 yrs they work just as advertized. The adjusting is a bit tricky, but they do not cut extruded powders, and throw very accurate charges with all types. the measure works off a plunger type set up and throws a charge as fast as you can compress the plunger and release. The best accuracy with it does require a consistent motion and I like o count to 3 with each throw while the plunger is compressed to make sure the tube fully fills. I've not seen one but doesn't the powder measure called a "Little Dandy" work on the same principle? Aim for the exit hole

No the JDS is a unique system. Here is a vieo I threw together a while back on its operation and accuracy. The video is a crappy 1st attempt at that sort of thing, but does show the operation. ------------------------------------ The trouble with the Internet is that it's replacing masturbation as a leisure activity. ~Patrick Murray "Why shouldn`t truth be stranger then fiction? I have a Quick Measure and many of the bells and whistles. I even made a few modifications to improve it. It is unique that you have to learn to use it to make it work well. A little delay int the up stroke after the down stroke using it on a Dillon 550B. Mine has unfortunately been in the box since I bought my RCBS Charge Master. LongShot
