Sounds crazy, but is this possible? If not, is there a way to swage them down (more likely)?
Thing is, I've come across a goodly amount of the 110 gr WW HP's in .357 and, while I have a 357, I have a new PPK/S (S&W) on order and would like to use them, too.

Not a problem as long as they chamber.

Well actually it is a problem. Using bullets that are .002 over bore will cause pressures to rise. It can be done back backing off your loads a bit.

I know a guy that runs jacketed bullets thru a Lee cast bullet sizing die .
He uses a spray on sizing lube

I know Lee makes a .356 die .

Actually, slightly oversize bullets are not a problem. Colt has been using 9mm barrels on their .357s for years and they shoot very well. Slug a Python barrel sometime--and no high pressures, either.

I have a '35 Brown Whelen' that is actually a 9mm B/W... It started life as a 9x57 and was reamed to accomodate the 30-06 lengh cases. Anyway....

I have a Lee sizer that I'll run harder bullets like Partitions through, but on soft cup and core bullets I'll just load em and shoot em and they show no pressure signs. The neck is slighly oversized so there is no problem chambering. the .358 bullets.

My only experience with .357/.358 bullets in a .355 bore was with a Colt GM in 38Super.

The factory barrel was .355, the Roto4M barrel
that actually chambered on the case mouth was .357

and ammo loaded for the smaller bore didn't shoot terribly well in the bigger bore.

the fatter .357 revolver bullets seemed to work fine provided their shape allowed proper feeding in EITHER barrel.

Fortunatly I eventually got another barrel with an NM chamber with the .355 bore.

there was a bit more fouling when shooting the .357 bullets in the .355 barrel but copper isn't that tough to remove
