I am looking to find/develope a load that will produce 1000fps at mz with 158grn lfp using 357mag brass and filling case .6 or better in 16in brl Win 94 data and suggestions appreciated thx.

My suggestion is to use a .38 special revolver loads that produces around 850-900 fps range and you should hit close to your target velocity in the longer barrel in the mag. cases.

Thanks for suggestion CP used it for starting was a little slow added another 3 grn's of powder to hit target velocities must be extra cartridge volume.
