I am looking for a light plinking/range load for my 308rem bolt rifle. I have some 115gr lead bullts that are just demanding to be shot. Any reccomended load? Thanks

You might look for data using accurate arms 5744 I know I have seen loads for what you are trying to do somewhere using this powder maybe someone else will know more.

The Lyman Reloading Handbook, 46th Ed., lists these loads for the .308 Winchester using 113 gr cast bullets (#2 Alloy): Red Dot: 10.0 to 14.0 grains 700X: 9.0 to 12.5 gr. Green Dot: 11.0 to 15.0 gr. Unique: 12.0 to 17.0 gr. SR-7625: 12.0 to 15.0 gr Herco: 14.0 to 17.0 gr. Those would have been Hercules (pre-Alliant) versions of the Hercules powders, but I don't think the present-day versions are significantly different. If you start low and work up, you should be OK. If your bullets are soft lead, you will likely get a huge amount of lead buildup in your barrel from them. "How's that whole 'hopey-changey' thing working out for ya?"

I have done the Reddot loads. I was hoping for something slower. I am tempted to go with less reddot.
