Which of the rotary tumbler models from Thumbler and Lortone have flat sides on the inside of the barrel? Hard to tell from looking at each web site. Looking for personal experience.

I recently had reason to call Thumbler and they were very helpful. Give em a call.

I use a Thumler Model B and it has flat sides inside, and outside. The end "rims" are round which ride on the rollers.
