Jrbirdie: I use a 17 caliber funnel for my 204's. I have three Varminters in caliber 204 Ruger and just love them all! I have only tried H 4895 and AA 2230 powders in my rigs. I also feel the wonderful Federal 205M primers have served well in all these Rifles. I have a pretty good supply of 204 brass from Hornady and just bought 300 of the Winchester 204 Ruger brass.
I may just switch over completely to the Winchester brass.
I recently bought some AA 2520 powder for future load development in my 204's.
Do a search on this forum for 204 Ruger loading threads. Lots of folks were kind of on their own when they started out. I learned the AA 2230 load from Ground Hog Devastation - either on this thread or up on the Varminting thread.
Also get a Dewey 20 caliber rod for your cleaning chores - the 17's tend to bend when used on the 20's.
More later

I wish you the best of luck with your CZ 204!
