Lee says you can mix their lube with water but they don't say what a safe mix ratio is.I'd rather not go the trial/error route to avoid a stuck case.Anybody here mix this lube or just use it straight?

I have used it in the past, didn't thin in. Applied it same as sizing die wax, seemed to work OK.

I mixed some with denatured alcohol and sprayed it on the cases with a spray bottle, worked well, but I don't remember my ratio now. I have since switched to lanolin mixed with acetone and sprayed on the cases--let dry--resize. I've never had a stuck case.
