Use the same data as the 140BT. I use Rl22. As to bullet perfomance it is the bullet we'll be using in my Wife's 7x57 in Nambia this May. She has taken hogs, deer and elk with it. Works great. I'm using the 160AB.

As usual just my $.02

noslers #5 manual likes imr4350, reloader 19,this is useing all their 140 grain bullets they make, however they didn''t make their 140 accubond bullets when they printed this manual, but its safe to use their data for your 140 accubond bullet, when i had my last 7mag i shot more 160s and 168 then 140s but that 140 will do you proud ,regards jjmp

H4831sc, RL22 & IMR7828 all give good results.

I've used this load in several 7RMs:

140 NAB loaded over 68-69 grns of H4831 for 3100-3200 fps depending on rifle. Win or Rem brass and Fed 215GMM primers. Start at 67 and work up checking for pressure signs. The 68-69 grn loads are not maxed in most of the rifles I've tried them in but, may be in yours.

Those loads are great on whitetails.

R22 will probably give slightly better velocity but I have much better luck with R22 while using 150-160 grn bullets for some reason in most of the 7RMs I shoot(when speaking of accuracy and SD figures).

Good Luck

I love the 140 Accubonds in my 7RM, 25" barrel with RL 22 and a CCI 250 primer chrono'd at 3300 with great brass life. H4831 is another good powder.
