I have a new 22-250 AI and have several powders that I am considering. (H380, H414, Varget, VihtiVouri N140, and W760) I am curious as to which powders you find work the best. I am using 50 to 55 grain varmint bullets.

I have a 22-250 AI that I shoot H 4895 in all the time. My dad has worn out the barrels on a couple of these and he always just uses H 4895.

I have to admit to experimenting with mine and have had good results with Varget and N 140 as well.

Mine likes IMR 4895. Shoots in the low 2's.

Thanks guys. I'll give that H4895 a try. It is suppose to meter alright and is insensitive to temperature changes.

For 60 grain vmax I use H380, and for 75 grain amax I use RL 19. Best powders I have found for those bullets.
