What a great Friday! For work I found myself in Ft Wayne IN and could not pass through without stopping at Sinclair International.
I see they are making a new retail showroom, it seems like it will be quite nice.
The people there are always very friendly and quite helpfull and knowledgeable. I am sure the tall gentleman had other things to do but was more than willing to answer all of my questions and chat a bit. Service like that keeps me returning.
Always looking for a bargain I lightened the load on the discount table as well as the small items I had been holding out for until I was able to stop there in person.
The fact that I was getting paid while shopping for shooting and reloading items makes me love my job even more

I have the Sinclair book and Sinclair concentricty gauge, they are very good.

I have also bought the usual bullets and dies for resale from Sinclair and the service is as good as anywhere.

The Sinclair catalog has photos and descriptions that are a cut above, but the prices are a few percent higher on the resale items.

The whole Sinclair mission seems to be for accuracy, and not run of the mill shooting supplies.

Gentlemen,

I would imagine that at least 80% of what we have and use has come from Sinclair International.

Every single person I had to deal with, from Fred Sinclair himself and everyone else, has been nothing short of what one would wish for.

They are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very honest.

It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Sounds like you made an interesting little side trip. I'm the same way with Harts. On my trips between Montreal and Washington DC to visit family I always manage a side trip to Harts. I think of it as therapy. Like Sinclair's, much of their succss is related to top notch customer service. I've spent many a cold winters night curled up with a Sinclair catalog. I have an order from them that I'm anxiously awaiting now. What I like most is they give some explanation of the products that the catalog contains. You can gain some insights from it. Best wishes.
