I have three 7x57's that I load for and until now I have kept the brass seperated for each rifle by using different makes of cases. It looks like I am going to have to use Remington brass only as it's all I can find. My question is it important to keep them seperated or is it ok to just load them up and fire them in either of the guns? My wife's rifle requires the sizing die to be turned down farther than my other rifles or the bolt closed hard. I didn't know if this is any concern when her loads are fired in my rifle. Any thoughts?
My two sons and I have 30.06s, all with different OALs.I went on holy grail type search for one hunting load, one closed the other opened. But the easest problem to get around is OAL,the Lee Factory Crimp workes but you will have to start you load devolopment all over again.

I have 3 7-08's and tried to keep the cartridges seperate but found it was a pain in the butt. Try this: load some ammo for the rifle with the tightest chamber and try it in all your rifles. If the accuracy is acceptable, go that route. It worked for me. If it doesn't, get some various coloured magic markers and colour code the base of the cases.

I have a couple of guns in the same caliber. I always keep brass seperated and have a set of dies just for that rifle. Unless you want to adjust dies each time you load, it is just much easier.

If you full length resize, you are making the loaded cartridges just like store bought ammo, and it should fit any gun chambered for that caliber. Now if you only neck size the brass, it will definately fit the gun it was fired in, and may not fit any others. I think this answers your question, but I may have mis-understood the question.
