I use Lee Collet dies, but now it is time to full length size. Which dies are best?

I doubt that you can go wrong using Redding. I've changed, over the years, all of my die sets to Redding, there's none better!

i have bought all the rifle dies escept lyman, use lyman for handguns because they have the best expander, but hornady, forster and rcbs has given me the best support and service when i messed up or needed answers.
