I don't know what happened but some how some of the brass for my .219 Zipper ended up .010" shorter than what its supposed to be. Normally I trim it to 1.928" and it end up at 1.918". since its a PITA to make from .30-30 brass and usually lasts pretty long I'm hoping these are not a big mistake. It's 30 pieces out of the 100 or so I have. If I keep them seperate and load just them till they are done so I stay with a consitant length it shouldnt pose a problem......right? bewildered

Thanks
Tim

assuming the bullet is seated deep enough into the neck, it shouldn't be a problem. the brass will probably grow that much after a couple of firings.

i agree, no problems as long as you can seat the bullets. It is commmon with new brass for it to be 0.010 to 0.015" under the trim-to length. I usually find 5 or 6 per hundred are this way. They'll "grow" quickly. You shouldn't be crimping those so now problems.

I really doubt that you would see the difference just loading them and mixing them with the rest. Try a group with both compared to separated and see if there is a difference.

As usual just my $.02
