I have recently upgraded to a Harrel Bench Rest Powder Measure, but have found powder sticking to the inside of the powder measure. I have cleaned it out with thinners, but the powder is still sticking to the inside. What can the cause of this be and what can I do. Your advise is much appreciated.

Take a dryer sheet and wipe the inside of your powder measure. Should take care of the static electricity build up.

It'll go away with use. Once you get a bit of powder residue build up on the walls of your powder measurer.

About 30 years ago, when I first got my RCBS reloading kit, I dipped the plastic hopper of the Uniflo in soapy water and let it dry. To this day, I have never had a problem with powder sticking to the plastic...

That is caused by static electricity. You can check by rubbing the powder funnel (plastic) with wool or some other cloth & see if powder sticks to it.

I am not sure how you get rid of the "charge" in the plastic.

Washing the inside of the powder hopper with dishwashing liquid and letting it dry has always worked for me. I also treat my powder scale pans the same way.
