This is the only powder that I have been able to find locally. I'm loading for my 270 win interbond 150 grain bullets. I've always had good results with IMR 4831 and RL22 with my 270, but since I can't find any would the H4350 be a decent powder for that round, or would I be wasting my money? I'm guessing I'll just have to buy some and try it out, but I figured I'd ask first. The store has tons of it and nothing else, so that concerned me a bit. thanks.
I am thinking somewhere around 54 grains, lit by a standard LR primer. Just a suggestion based on what I have seen from the .270 Winchester in some other rifles. As always, start low and work up.

Hodgdon says for 150 GR. bullets with H4350:
Min load of 46.0 grains for 2575 fps at 43,400 CUP
Max load of 49.0 grains for 2724 fps at 51,000 CUP
Listen to the man. If you arrive at 49gr. and think you still have room to go than advance slowly and with knowledge and caution. I've always had good performance from the 4350s. Why weren't you people listening when I was touting Bulk DP85 And DP86? roger

I was long held that THE propellant for the 270Win was IMR4350, H4350 isn't all that much different...

I don't own a 270, but I love H4350 in my 260ai w/ 120-140gr bullets, very accurate. I think you'll lose a tiny bit of vel. w/ 130gr bullets, but should work fine.
