Dillon has always had stellar CS and demonstrated that once more today. Selling my #2 Dillon 450 press and discovered that I had apparently let the small priming punch for this press go with #1, so called Dillon CS and explained my predicament to Chuck. A replacement is on the way and when I tried to give him credit card info, he said it was covered under warranty! OUTSTANDING!!
