When loading Federal brass, the primers seem to seat extremely easily without any real resistance.
The pimers are seated, but is it likely to cause any problems or Inconsistencies in accuracy??

I hate Federal Brass for the Reason you just mentioned.

I have hardly ever loaded a complete box of bullets w/ Federal Brass when the primers weren't loose in about half of them.

My suggestion would be to use a primer sealant when loading Fed Brass.

There was a thread about a week ago praising federal brass but, I just don't care for it.

You may find that diff primers (diff. manus) fit better than others.

Good Luck!

I have had sim. exp. w/ Fed. brass. I've also had the opp. w/ RWS brass, very tight PP. Primers vary a tiny bit in dia. I ofund Fed. to be slightly larger (maybe to go w/ their oversize pockets ) CCI slightly smaller.
