Has anyone tried Staball 6.5 when loading 6.5x55 with 140 gr. bullets? If so, what kind of accuracy were you able to obtain?

I've used H4831sc for years with 140 gr. bullets with decent accuracy - but Hodgdon's tables show Staball producing an extra 140fps at the same pressure and I'm wondering if it's time for me to work up a new load.

I'm using it. Gained about 75 fps over my old H4350 load and similar accuracy.

Not the x55 but the 6.5 CM.

Switched from H4350 to StaBall 6.5 because I wanted ~2,700 fps MV from a 22 in barrel.

I not only accomplished that, but the SD & ES for the 143 gr. bullets tightened considerably using StaBall 6.5.
