With so much brass out of stock, does anyone have a schedule that shows when manufacturers plan run selected calibers?

Email the manufacture. Some times they will tell you what month/year a run is scheduled. It can be as much as a 3 to 5 year wait. Almost same with firearms, but normally not as long a wait. In the past, Ruger has marked new production revolvers with the dealers name, to be shipped to there distributor.
