Welcome to AR....your first post...

Does mid minnesota mean MilleLacs Lake?

With all due respects I don't think the deepcurl is readily available....can't be many tried them....and are they bonded?

This much I can say....the TSX sure works for me but I've not shot a lot of game with them yet.....so the jury is still out....same for the interbonds.

TSX sure works
Yes they DO as my Elk fell too one !. Recovered bullet weight retention
94% I slightly slid past a shoulder bone on entry . It opened fully came to rest about an inch under
the far side hide , after blowing a lung part of the heart and far side shoulder mussel . Bullet didn't take a straight path . It entered angled up wards maybe after grazing the bone ? or when it opened up ?.
Not sure but I'm here to say IT WORKED and I'll use them anytime !. tu2

I've taken seven whitetails with the Hornady Interbonds, all complete pass throughs,so none recovered. They shoot tight in three rifles I shoot them in.Seem to be a tougher bullet than the Nosler Accubond.I think I'll use the 165gr Interbonds in my 300WSM when I go for my cow elk.

the last rifleman magazine had an article on speer's deepcurl (and other speer bullets)... it seems like speer is not going to produce their hotcore bullets anymore, and replace it with deepcurl (bonded with electricity instead of using molten lead) it is priced similar to hotcore.
grafs has a lot of deepcurl listed, but most are out of stock. they even have pistol calibers

Speer has changed manufacturing on their jackets. I can't speak for rifle bullets but the Gold Dot pistol bullets are also marketed as Deep Curl. Speer said the load date for the pistol bullets is the same.

TSX experience: everything I killed was recovered and either dropped where it stood or didn't make it more than a few steps. All pass through. Same for my brother.

In fact, he just killed a buck in SC and I'm waiting for his pictures to post. He's killed many deer now with the 110 TSX I load for him in his 270. He has yet to recover a bullet.

I've shot Interbonds, Accubonds, and Partitions. They have all killed the deer I've shot. No noticeable difference in performance...all pass-thrus.

I haven't shot the TSX but since my supply of factory seconds Partitions is nearly exhausted, I plan on using the TSX soon.

I'd be interested in using the DeepCurls in my 7mm-08.

All are fine for deer. Deepcurl is Fusion without the boat tail. They tend to open extremely wide on animals tougher than deer which tends to limit penetration.

Interbond is made to retain 90% of it's weight and can open too wide if pushed too fast.

Accubond is not bonded at the tip so it will release about 30% of it's weight for maximum damage and penetrate deep with a smaller mushroom. It acts very similar to a Parition.

The TXS is sold copper. It will never over expand and it will always penetrate deeply. It's the best bullet for fast magnums,
