I've been asked to knock up some loads for a mate approximating the same fps as the PMC 100gn SP load of a while ago. Does anybody know what speed these factory loads were? I seem to recollect around 2950 fps but this is just a "Best guess". Anybody got an old box lying around?
I believe Jamison Intl bought them out or some such a while ago...

I have no experience with these PMC loads but all 100 grain .243 factory loads are in the 2950 fps +/- range. That's what you'll find in reloading manuals for various 100 grain bullets as well. I'd just begin with the starting data and work up.
