It really depends if it is a USA chamber or a benchrest chamber. Let us know what the history, model, etc of the gun is, and we should be able to help. FWIW, Dutch.

[QUOTE]Originally posted by lightning93: You have one of the best factory 6PPC made. You will need to get a fire case to see what bushing you will need. Those rifles were set up to shoot Sako factory loads. I would get the Redding type S die set with a neck die , body die also the seater. If you use Wilson get the oversize die. I have a 22ppc Sako like yours. Good Luck! Tom

I have the Sako single shot in 6 PPC, S/N 091 which makes it one opf the first 100 imported into the US in 1988 by Stoeger. It uses 6PPC USA headstamped brass and is NOT a tightnecked chamber so you will NOT have to neckturn. In fact you are advised NOT to, by Sako. Neil Jones runs CustomProducts and will set you up with BR bushing style dies for less than $100 complete. Send him three fired cases to get the correct bushing. Custom Products See the Jan 1988 Amer. Rifleman DopeBag pg54-55 , Jamieson's review in Shooting Times Jan`88 pg34-38, Matuna's writeup in American Hunter Feb `88 pg17-20 Venturino's review in Guns & Ammo June `88 pg 74-75. I paid $699 back then.....and it was the best money spent for the most accurate rifle I own (of 34). [ 01-11-2003, 07:01: Message edited by: Sysephus ]
