Hornaday OAL Custom Cartridge Case...

I'm in need of a 6.5x47mm Lapua Modified Case for the OAL gauge. I haven't been able to find one. Will Hornaday make a Modified Case on request?

I'm not sure if Hornady will make one for you or not. It's easy enough to make one yourself. Just take a piece of brass and tap it with a 5/16-36 thread. I've made several for myself and it can easily be done with hand tools and a cordless drill.

If you tap your own fired brass the case will fit your chamber more accurately than the ones you get from Hornady

I've had a few made. cheap and quick turn around. Just make sure to send them a few pieces of fired brass.
