Yeah, i agree it doesn't make a lot of sense. Doesn't mean it's not true though.
One reference i found on the net tells of a box of the 100gn SP bullets bought as a closeout item from Grafs & the base of the bullets were even stamped GS.
Makes no sence to me either. A Finish company importing bonded bullets from the US, just to repackage them and send them back to the US and sell them as a standard soft point? Sounds like a good way to loose money.

Sako use sierra as their 'gamehead' bullets - I've pulled them to check and they are identical. As the alternative would be RWS (for which you could ship speers back and forth a number of times for the same cost) or Norma it makes sense to use US bullets.
