Wow! Am I impressed with RCBS! Recently I broke the decapping pin for my .223 die. I contacted RCBS to see about buying a couple of new pins.

Not only did they contact me almost immediately to find out the EXACT die set I had, they sent me not only five decapping pins, they sent a whole shaft to replace the original one. AND, they refused any payment even though I believe it was my fault the pin got broke in the first place!

You rarely, if ever find customer service like that nowadays....

Yep they spend $$ sending you parts on a $30 item and GM won't spend a $ to fix the ignition switch that is killing people.

Emailed rcbs earlier this week to purchase an expander ball for my 270 Weath mag dies as I had damaged mine ( my fault). Got an answer back next day that it was in the mail free of charge. Now that is service
