Well I finally did it.
I ordered an Oehler cronograph. I had heard that Oehler stopped making chronographs for individuals and had to have one.
Hopefully this will be a useful tool for better reloading, I am sure it will

Hadn't heard that! Too bad. Their products will be missed by most of us here!

Did you order direct to Oehler? They were supposed to be sold out of the model 35 end of last year.

I called Oehler last week and was told they will support the products just not sell more.
The nice lady gave me 3 names of dealers that took recent delivery.
Before calling I looked at Midway's website and they showed no stock no backorder.
The lady at Oehler suggested
Bruno - I did not call
Sinclair int - $358 + shipping
Midway - I went back to the website and showed 5 in stock, this morning they were sold out again

Would like to know the real reason Oehler is stopping

forgot to say Midway's price is $344.99

For years I avoided Midway after Potterfield made changes but their customer service is bringing me back

I'm not touting any one chrony but any chrony will open facets of reloading that no other single item will.

I just talked to Oehler. The problem is that they can't get the printer at this time. They have suspended shipments for a couple of months. They are planning on making a decision the end of Feb. if they are going to continue production.

I understood they stopped or were suspending only the model 35 with printer. So yes, the printer was the 'sticky wicket.' They still sell and service the 43PBL.

Also, everytime I ever called a gentleman named James Boals answered my questions. Never a woman, even to transfer my call to him.

Have a look here:

Dexadine makes Oehler's hardware work.
