This discussion site is a gold mine. The information and tips that can be gleaned from the conversations here are fantastic to say the least. I am not an experienced reloader by any means, but I have found a great deal of valuable info here that has helped me make progress. Today was a goo day at the range...shooting the last of what I considered a promising load for y 25 06. At 300 yds, the first was low and left...the last three look pretty good...I need to learn more about dealing with a quartering wind, the reason for the lateral drift. But... I'd feel comfortable on medium game at this distance. Next week will take out a bit farther. Still working on the 9.3x62 but I think I'm getting close with H414 and 286 Partitions.

Getting a handloading education is a journey. Personally I have found it an immensely enjoyable journey of wondrous discovery. More often than not when I have progressed another step it has been due to tidbits and knowledge obtained here on AR. And that wisdom and knowledge is freely given simply for the asking. It's invaluable having that brotherhood of guys who love firearms, hunting and shooting.

Hunting.... it's not everything, it's the only thing.
