I am sure you are getting tired of reading this, yet another Nosler Partition!
In my 25-06 I shoot the 100 grain Nosler Partition at 3400 and it performs like a champ.
I have shot coyotes at over 500 yards with it. I have shot a couple of antelope with it. I have shot more wild hogs than anything else with it and it drops them like lightning.
I am fortunate enough to get to shoot a fair number of wild hogs. I have shot them with my 25-06 using 100 grain Partitions, 115 grain Partitions, 115 grain Ballistic Tips, 120 grain Sierra HPBT, etc, etc. The 115 grain Ballistic Tips and the 100 grain Partitions are the standouts in regard to dropping hogs on the spot. My dad and I have shot a mess of hogs with the 100 grain Partition and they put them on the ground right now!

117gr Hornady @ 3079fps ave. Only shoot it at deer and antelope and all it does is kill them very dead. Maybe not as dead as a 100 gr bullet or even some premium bullet, but dead just the same! oops! forgot. I shoot them in a 25-06, well my son does now!
100 grain ballistic tips and 45.5 grains of IMR 4350 in my Bob have yet to let me down. At a bit more than 3000f/s, they are death on deer (or any other unfortunate varmint)
molar and I shoot the same load 25/06 it works great on deer. I also like 120 sierrs hpbt at2955f/s I loaded up a box of 90gr hp a while back but I have not had achance to use any of them.

I load for a Roberts and .25-06 and have tried a few in each. Have not really found a bullet I can't get to shoot at least well enough to hunt with.
I have used Hornady 75gr HP's for yote's in both. The .25-06 though shoots 117gr SST's so well I have not used the 75's in it lately.
100gr Nos BT in Bob for deer. Have also used 100gr Barnes X but it's not as accurate. Same for the 117gr and 120's if boat tail they aren't as accurate. The 120gr HP w/ flat base shoot fine.
In the .25-06 I am using the last of my 115gr Barnes XLC's. They shoot very well, and work pretty good on game. It will be fun finding a new big game load for it. I'm looking at Berger 115gr VLD, Wildcat 120 or 125gr, but would have no qualms about going with any of severl: Sierra 120gr HPBT, or really any of thiers from 100gr up, or a Hornady in the same weights. The thing is this cartridge does really well with most of these. I happen to like the 120's, quite a bit and think the 125gr Wildcat may be the cat's meow so to speek. Nate
For reasons known only to it, my 257 AI won't shoot partitions. So I have gotten along very nicely for 10 or 12 years using the 120gr Speer Hot Core...nothing but perfect performance. Just for fun, I tried the 120 gr Hornady HP and it shoots very well so I will give it a try this year, if the Speers don't whine and pout too much!

I'm with Jim White with this one. My old lady's .257 Roberts shoots Sierra 100 grain bullets using IMR 4064 powder way over the book into little bitty groups at 100 yards, sometimes as small as .5" and it is a Ruger Ultra Light bone stock. That accuracy is why that is my favorite bullet. In my ex-wife's .243 the same bullet worked supremely well on deer and antelope and also shot sub MOA groups as well.
